    This page has helped me get through some of my most challenging times.  By reading what you have gone through, identifying similarities with us, and your future has made me hope that there is a future for me.  Today I'm angry and scared, but I have life and even though hard to see today, there is hope.   Clots dissolved?

  How do you know if your clot(s) have dissolved. I have been reading many prior post in this group and some state 'their clots are dissolved' or 'even if your clot dissolves you still have to take the blood thinner 6 months'. But many say you will be short of breath for months or years. I assume due to lung damage.Other than more CT scans, how do you know your clot dissolved? O2 stats? Blood pressure? Intuition? Echo? Thank you for clarifying.

  I know this is what everyone here is going through, I just needed somewhere I could say it. My diagnosis was July 12. Not so long ago. Due to other complications w my health, my treatment is oxygen, blood thinner and wait for your body to heal. Whenever that happens. I have read about people having follow ups with their doctors every few weeks. My drs said, see you in 3 months unless it's real serious, then come back to the er. My primary dr is easy to get into, but has no insight to any...

  Hi, I'm a new member. Thought I would share where I'm at. Everyone else stories have made me feel more normal and less alone, so I wanted to share mine in case there is someone else like me looking for answers and common experience.I have been getting short of breath for a while, looking back prob the last year.
