It’s almost midnight where I am at & I wonder How Do You Deal with the pain? I drink.... ALOT or eat more than I should. Neither are good ways of dealing with my life problems. I pray, but sometimes you want a real person to hold you and talk you through your problems. I don’t have that. My closest friend & I no longer speak. My husband has never been any help in my life. 1st postIve read a few post today & I can’t believe how many people feel like me. If I told you how I dealt with the problem would you accept the advice or would you believe it was just a random stranger telling you nice things? Cuz that’s how it always sounds to me.I’ve paid lots of money on therapy and here I am. 34yr old woman who struggles every day with her life. So much that I’m using other things to cope with my problems. I stress eat and as a result have gained so much weight...
