  i stopped self harming for about two weeks and i couldn’t handle it anymore. i’ve been cutting whenever i feel like it now and involves a lot more blood. my boyfriend whom i planned to stay with forever broke up with me five days ago. i’ve never cut so much in my life.

  ive been cutting every single night. I either deal with a little pain or get over with it and kill my self. I’m trying not to but I’m getting very close to it.

  A couple days ago, I couldn’t take it. I had to cut. Now for some reason I am happy to remember that now I carry a razor blade (wrapped in a cloth that comes with glasses to clean them) directly in my bra so if I have a tough moment I can go somewhere private and cut. It makes me feel better.

  i had a bad day today. I branded myself, starved, binged, attempted to purge and cut.

  I started burning again... I kind of made a promise that I wouldn’t cut, but I felt the urge to and couldn’t control it so I heated up a fork with fire from the stove and pressed it onto my forearm.
