Divorced and still dealing with the nightmare. I am struggling with ptsd and adrenal fatigue. My stomach is a mess and I am anxious, over analyzing everything I say and do around my kids, or to my ex. HE drove drunk with the kids in the car and admitted it and somehow I am lying and it's my fault. Even as I write this, I am erasing and rewriting, afraid that there are too many details, and what if he reads it. I hate living this way.

I am just trying to prepare to pull up my socks and do something about this before things get out of hand. I am going to start some supplements and would like to change my eating habits. I could really use some help with menu planning, and would love to hear your favourite recipes. Thanks in advance.
