  So my insurance  finally approved my surgery  so it official I'm having surgery on Oct 30th

  i got my surgery date!!! its oct 30 th im excited and scared and feeling overwhelmed and then back to ecited lol

  so im having a problem at night i will all the sudden want somthing to eat! even though im not hungery and i have no idea why, this happens most nights and in the past i have let it get out of control. tonight i was really wanting chips (thank the good lord i am no longer bying them) i do have some multi grain crackers so i had two and then i was fine i just dont know if its just become habbit or what. its so frustrating anyone else have this problem? any adivce would be welcome!
