22TexasGirl22 i have started looking in to vitamins and protein powder im really cheap so thats the first thing i look at i did find a bariatric protein powder on ebay 3lb bag for 33$ the tast isnt bad but not great either
I had my surgery 6/2 and so far, so good! My doctor recommended Optisource vitamins. Has anyone tried these?
No, but I use Bariatric Advantage. I like their chocolate raspberry chews for my iron and their fruit flavored calcium chews. They have a variety of flavors. Otherwise, I use a liquid multi with everything in it by intraMAX and sublinguals from Superior Source. I don’t do well with pills in that I have a tendency to stop taking them.
