  Thank you I really needed a hug from someone who knows what iti is like to have FM and CFS. I hope you are doing okay. Today is another day and it is indeed brighter.

  I have been diagnosed with FM some 22 years ago and CFS/ME about 2 years ago.  I am still trying to wrap my head and my heart around I am not going to get better.

  Today has been a very hard day.  I am trying to wrap my head around never feeling better than I am today.  I am very limited as to what I can do.  Currently getting hyperbolic treatments to increase my quality of life.  I am unable to do much of anything so all of what I can not do goes onto my husbands shoulders.
