  I’ve been told i Should probably talk to someone and that I most likely have ptsd. I never really thought about it to be honest. When I was 20 my fiancé of 4 years living together for 2 years past away while I was at school. When I can home I found him on the floor he had been gone for a while but I still tried to perform first aid. I dream about it a lot.   I’m the mother of 2 small children I’m 27 years old and I did so good for almost 2 years and now I can’t seem to stop. I’m so ashamed everytime I look at my spouse. I wear eye liner at all times so I don’t freak my children out. I don’t know what to do !
