  Is there any DS friends that can relate? Today I had a physical and the Dr told me I have Hypotension(Low Blood Pressure). Its making my anxiety and hypochondria sky rocket. I can’t stop focusing on the symptoms now that he actually diagnosed me with LBP

  Hi DS friends. I’ve been suffering so bad lately with my hypochondria and I just want you all to know we are all here for each other. Just as I know I find comfort in your posts and responses I know you all probably do too. I’m writing this from my bathroom so my kids don’t sneak up on me. I hide it so they won’t know. I don’t ever wish this on anyone especially my beautiful innocent children.

  I feel like my constant worry and anxiety is making me talk with fumbled mixed up words and sometimes stuttering. It is scaring me I’m afraid I have a stroke in my sleep or something is wrong with me. It’s sent my hypochondria and anxiety through the roof. I feel like I’m going crazy and even afraid to talk lately
