  Hello Everyone - I am new to this group and I just need help trying to control my Anxiety. I fear the thought of being alone and now im having to come face to face with my fears and my anxiety is through the roof. My now ex girl is one of the main reason because my relationship of 5 years has ended and when are lease is up we are going our separte way so Im just scared of the world. I have been on zoloft and have seen a therptist but I dont feel it helps me at all and I dont want to depend on...

  Hello Evenryone,  I am new to this site and I thought I share my situation to gain some time of insight. I was with now my ex girl for the last 5 years of my life and about 3 weeks ago she broke up with me for the second time. Long story short she said I was affectate enough and she wasnt happy. I love this girl with everything in me and last time she ended it with my I cried my life out and begged she came back and now a year later we are at the break up again.
