  hello all  I was recently diagnosed with MG over 2 months ago and suffered symptoms back in August. Through this journey I have committed myself to gathering as much information as possible  along with change of diet and positive thinking through faith and prayer have put myself on a mission to conquer this disease.   I had my first round of IVIG treatments 2 weeks ago (4 days 5 hours each day) unfortunately all that happened was a severe headache on the last day that led to nausea. No change in MG symptoms. I have been keeping a log as suggested and noticed that hot/warm showers bring on DV for rest of the day. However cool showers have no effect and I feel great. Going to see Neurologist on Tuesday to get prepared for Thymectomy. Has anyone had this procedure done? Any input would be appreciated

  Hello Friends, I just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I have just started this journey and know I will be reaching out to you all for thoughts and suggestions. My symptoms started 4 months ago and was thought to be Bell's Palsy. Now that I have been diagnosed with MG I finally have an idea of what was wrong and what lies ahead. Physically this has really kicked my butt.  Emotionally not going to let this get me down I enjoy being happy.
