  Hey all!!! I'm so glad I found other with the same problem. I have been diagnosed since 2013. I have found the best therapy for me was going on a diet....no nightshades(no tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, or peppers except for black or white pepper only)...I'm currently trying to quit smoking. The diet has helped so much though. My out breaks only happen when I eat them.  I am also on spironolactone 100 mg with birth control and also taking bleech baths(once a week, roughly 2 tbsp of bleech),...
