  I'm at a crossroads. When I describing things to my therapist, I often omit details that have me look bad or use words that might make things sound better., especially if I am stimulated or passionate about them.My wife is considering that lying by omission or not being honest with myself.The latest example was concerning a recent vacation we went on.
