  Hello Everyone, I'm new to this group. I was diagnosed 10 yrs ago with Asperger's Syndrome. Of course I know now that the DSM 5 has gotten rid of this diagnosis. I have a better grasp of things now over the last few yrs. I try to help people understand about this to the best of my knowledge and do things a bit different with that.   Hello Everyone, I'm new to this group and also to Daily Strength. I would say my depression is mainly due to living alone. I do have a few friends in the apartment complex I live in, but other than here not a lot of friends to do things with. Most of my depression is due to that and otherwise everything else is ok. I look forward to reading posts and participating here and getting to know everyone. Take care everyone and have a great day!

  Hello Everyone I'm new here and also to Daily Strength. I would say my anxiety mainly comes from being on the autism spectrum. My biggest anxiety is a small amount of social phobia of being out in public. It has gotten a little bit better over the last few yrs, but still causes me some anxiety. I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem? I look forward to reading posts and participating and getting to know everyone here. Take care everyone and have a great day!

  Hello Everyone,I'm new to the group here and also to Daily Strength. I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, 10 yrs ago. Of course I do know that the DSM V has since erradicated that diagnosis. I'm 44 and living alone in an apartment. I do get help from family and friends with certain things. As time goes on I'll open up more about those things and everything else.
