About Me

I have married to my wonderful husband since 2006 and got a step daughter that same day. I have a BA in Political Science and a Graduate Certificate in Community and Regional Planning. In September of 2011 we received word that we had been chosen as the adoptive parents to our most wonderful son, James! He is the light of my life! Early in 2013 I started on a weight loss journey and really kicked it into high gear in July of that year! As of November 13, 2013 I have lost 70.4 pounds since my highest weight and am going to keep on pushing through the last 42 pounds! I am now a Beachbody Coach after all of the help I received from them in weight loss journey and love helping other people reach their goals!
