  This past week has been really good for me in regards to my anxiety and so I thought I'd share a little food for thought. First of all, my workouts have been great as I have raised the intensity a bit which has been really beneficial. So for anyone who does not workout regulary, I recommend trying to become more active because it really releases some of that negative energy that anxiety causes.   I am not sure if it's just me, but my anxiety comes with some really reoccuring and obsessive thoughts. I don't know if I am anxious because of these thoughts or if I have these thoughts because I am anxious, but my mind stays racing at a thousand miles per minute. My medication helps and I have learned to cope with it over time, but sometimes it just feels so out of my control and it's exhausting.
