  In the process of changing pills and it's hard I have to wean of off the old ones on order to take the new ones my anxiety is so bad I keep panicking over stupid stuff that is not gonna happen and I cant stand being alone.

  I'm so tired and just want to sleep but I cant I feel jittery and I do now drink caffeine. My mind jUst keeps wondering and wont stop. I just want to sleep but my brain says no.

  I did to do the dishes and I just dont want to or have the motivation to get them done I want them done i just done I just dont know.

  The scariest things are within our minds not in the dark or under the bed. Our minds make up so much stuff that it's hard to see what's real and what's fake. We are prisoners of our minds and that might be the scary part.

  I've been over thinking everything my anxiety has gotten so bad I cant work and dont sleep much sometimes I sleep too much tho I cant find a middle. I want to die but I wont commit suicide. I just am ready to give up.

  I've been having trouble with my anixtey meds and would like to go natural with no side effects. I wanna try to treat my anixtey without the use of medication. Does anyone have any thing that might help. Maybe herbs or other natural pills
