  Things are moving fast! I have a date for surgery, the 9th of November! All I have to do now is secure the financing. Purchased Premier Protein shakes to taste test plus some that GNC had. I also found out about patches for vitamins and other nutrients. I am going to try them. Anyone have opinions on these? I am super stoked

  I am just starting my journey. Just found out that my insurance will not pay for bariatric surgery! I am devastated. I don't know to do. I have heard about people going to Mexico. Can anyone tell me about their experience with that?I have really enjoyed reading all the posts here. Very informative!
