  hi; my name is mackenzie, i am 14 years old and have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. for the past few weeks i have been having TERRIBLE, and i mean TERRIBLE, anxiety attacks. some of the time i will just have a migraine and feels foggy, slow and down. other times i will feel completely out of reality. when this happens i have a very hard time staying calm as my head feels as it is foggy and my body feels like it is floating. i feel like i'm 'high' in a terrifying way. these keep...
