  I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and depression comes along with it. Recently my depression has gotten much worse. I just feel so very low and almost numb. I am beyond sad and uniterested and not sure what is causing all of it. I dont want to get up in the mornings because I don't look forward to anything anymore. I am not myself and even when I'm surrounded by others I feel so alone. I recently started taking celexa. I know it takes a good month or so for it to start working. What...

  For my worry and panic attacks my doctor recently started me on celexa. Does anyone have any experience with celexa? Has it helped you and what can I expect?

  Hi, I am new to this group. I struggle greatly with anxiety and depression. I am constantly obsessing over my health. Recently a big thing for me is chest pains and fast heart rate. I keep experiencing chest pains and really scare myself. I don't know how to convince myself that its my anxiety and not a heart problem. I get so scared. Can anyone help?
