  im losing everything. And I don't know how much more I can fight this. I finally start seeing a doctor next month, and I'm more terrified than ever.

  im tired of being made to feel guilty for what I'm going through. I don't talk to people because I'm not in the right state of mind to. You know this, but you force it anyway and then have the nerve to get mad at me for the way I am!!! You don't care about what I have, what the battle in my head is like you want to make it all about you but for once in my life I need to take care of me, not you! I cannot be your person anymore! I never should have been in the first place mother!

  I hate the feeling of being stuck. I'm so lost. I feel like I'm quickly losing this fight. Kind of just want to be done with everything right now. I'm about to lose everything I have anyway. FUCK

  some nights I'm afraid to close my eyes, because I'm afraid that If I open them, the faces I see in my head will be there in real life. Some nights I'm afraid to fall asleep, because I wish I wouldn't wake up. I'm afraid one day my wish would come true. Some one nights I lay in bed and picture how much better their lives would be if I took off.   So I'm Krystal, mother of two, wife of an amazing man. Dealing with generalized anxiety disorder and schizoaffective disorder bipolar type. It is hard and  stressful to deal with, and even worse watching my husband try to support me and work and help with the kids and being super dad. I wish I knew what to do.

  Hello, I'm Krystal. I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type a couple months ago. I haven't started any treatment due to lack of insurance, money, and waitlist I keep being told to call back for. I'm here for two reasons, for support for myself, and because this is really hard on my family and my husband isn't sure what his role is. He is a great support but doing so all alone and it is getting to him. So yeah...
