  I lost my wife in a tragic accident that happened at my parents place. Was 3 years ago and have been on antidepressants until recently. Finding a reason to even get out of bed in the morning is a constant struggle. I'm 43 in excellent shape but the energy just isn't there. I'm lost without her. Haven't moved on and don't see moving on in near future. Need help desperately.
