  It has been a bit more than a month since I had been separated from my ex. Some days feel better than others, but still in parts of my days there is just a weight I can feel on my shoulders. I've been doing my best to stay positive and learn from this experienc, but sometimes it just feels hopeless am always anxious, and I despise that feeling with a passion. I have been greiving, talking and hanging out with close friends and have been NC with my ex. Does anyone have tips to alleviate these...

  So I finally decided that it was time for me to stop hanging on and told her that we can't be friends for the time being. Today is my first day initiating no contact. I still feel sad and anxious. Does anyone have any tips for me?

  I've recently been seperated from my girlfriend of 3 years.. We had first started dating when I was 17 and when she was 15. She had been through so many important events in my life such as joining and becoming a member of the military.
