Don't know if this has happened to any of you or not but I learnt my lesson last night with ice cream. I've never really been a fan of ice-cream but since EC surgery I seem to crave it ~~ go figure...

Actually yesterday the 6th was my 5 month quit date after smoking heavily for 40 years.    Never in a million year did I ever think that I would never smoke and quit and I had 3 weeks to do it in...

Well yesterday was the 3 months to the date that I had my surgery. It's been a long tough 3 months in that I had to quit smoking before surgery, (smoked for 40 years)  my mum passed away a week...

Yesterday Dec 26, 2009 was a whole nausea free day. 

Today is Dec 26, 2009 and I have just registered to Daily Strength support group.  I came across a post by Catin whose husband has exactly the same symptoms as me. I am trying something new for me...
