  my Wife and I are basically separated but agreed to live in the same house for our 3 young kids (7,5,3). She has a lot of education but has not worked much for the past years to stay home with our kids. I am a nurse and do "ok". She has started applying for jobs all over the country and has an interview for one in Cali. We live in central NY.
