  I had the pneumonia jab over a year ago but have just been diagnosed with Pneumonia!  Feeling very unwell and worried how the illness will effect my lungs.

  I suffer from mild copd at the moment but the last few days i have experienced a really bad cold/flu.  I dont know what it is.  Bad couth and headaches. couthing up only small amount of phelm.  Feel really bad but can not to the doctors untill tomorrow. Is it ok to paracetomol?

  Stay away from pollution they say.  Impossible in the philippines. Even in the province people burn garbage day and night.  Its not fun in the philippines.

  Are face masks any good? It is wish to ride a motor bike when you suffer from COPD (mine is mild at the moment)? The traffic pollution where I livee is terrible.
