  I was just diagnosed a month ago with depression and anxiety. It has been a rough year with severe family drama so that made the anxiety and depression worsen. I have a new job and it’s A LOT!! My job is a huge trigger and more often than not, I stress and tear up because I don’t want to go. I always feel like I’m doing something wrong and that’s overwhelming. It’s hard to have a good weekend because I think about what I’ll be faced with at work. This depression cycle is the worst...

  hello,At times I have ankle pain and discomfort to the point where it's hard to walk or I limp. This pain travels up my leg. It makes a popping sound as well. Has anyone experienced this? My foot isn't broken or fractured.

  so...I went to Walmart to pick up meds and grocery shop...totally forgot my meds...so I went all night and am going through today without my meds..it's not fun and it's raining...so that makes it worse...I have pain meds but they aren't doing a thing.

  My rheumatologist added a new med. I'm now taking a muscle relaxer as well to ease the pain and to help me to sleep at night. I'm hoping this helps

  feels like the pain is worsening...it's horrible tonight...sometimes I wonder how much I can take. I'm over it. Tired of pushing through the pain daily...sick of smiling when I want to cry. Sick of always needing and expected to be so strong...tonight I'm weak..tonight my prayers will be long and my pillow,wet.i just want relief. I sound pitiful tonight...not my normal mindset but tonight it just sucks..Dr put me on a new med,a muscle relaxer. Here's to hoping it helps!
