  Hi, does anybody have secondary condition of small fibre neuropathy due to their MG? Have been diagnosed with it as severe with 75% of small fibre nerve endings dead within my legs and arms.. has resulted in sensory deficit/numbness in my legs from my toes to my waist and numbness from fingertips into chest area. Have tried the standard medications of gabapentin with severe nightmares on lowest dose, unable to tolerate any other meds as well. Take mestinon once or twice a day for general...

  Hi, have had the initial MG lab work with negative results and a EKG with shocks from hand to jaw that was negative. Dr's have dismissed need for any further testing despite the fact that ice makes my facial droop go away instantly (said it happens all the time with other conditions as well and no need to consider MG.) I have severe fatigue with muscle weakness including falls, facial droop, swallowing and speech problems all later in the day. The only thing that has helped so far is rest, ice...

  Hi, have not been officially diagnosed yet.. but it is the next test is it.. recently had a pretty severe reaction to cipro requiring two ER visits. Neither time admitted me or gave me fluids, sure I needed at least fluids the pain I was in... my myoglobin was above 32 and normal is 30 or below. Do I need follow up labs of another myoglobin and/or kidney functions?? Thanks
