  Hi, I'm thankful for groups like this because they have helped me understand how others live with their illness and help each other figure things out.  Back in 2015 I had blood test results come back positive for Limited Scleroderma and have gone down hill the past 2 years.  I'm a bit overwhelmed with all of the things I have been diagnosed with.  MTHFR gene mutation, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's and prediabetic so I started learning about the MTHFR first then...

  I have found it difficult to handle stress this last year. I know it's the disease because I'm not someone who has ever had anxiety. My body just keeps yelling at me but there are some things that are completely out of our control.  We can't up and leave our lives to rid us of stress.  Just having a family can stress you out in ways that you would never have thought possible.  Our kids are grown and on their own but we are all very close so when something happens to one of them it happens to...
