I know its a personal decision but I just wanted to know what others have done with the wedding rings? Your spouses and your own?
I know I am a bit strange because I took of my wedding ring 4 months after my husbands death but it wasn't to signify I'm single it was more it made me sad having it on as it was a constant reminder to me and at this time it does more harm then good to wear it. But now our rings just sit in a box next to my bed and that seems ... not so much a waste but I feel like I need to do something with them. What did you do with the rings?

Still wear mines. I cannot wear his because his fingers were much bigger than mines. I am going to keep his rings and pass it on to my children.
Do whatever you feel is right and significant for you Royal. Don't put pressure on yourself.

Never wore jewelry of any type in the 33 years we were together, but always considered myself married. Simple as that. My wife wore a wedding band, and after she passed I had it stretched to fit my right hand baby finger. It'll be 4 years this Feb., and I still wear it without thinking about it. I still touch it now and then and when I took it off some time ago, for some reason I didn't like the feeling. I've dated since then and it doesn't seem to be an issue but I assume wearing a wedding band of any kind could give someone else the impression I'm still married.
For lack of a better word, it still feels 'right" to wear it, but I don't know why. I know everyone needs to move to their own time schedule. There is no right or wrong on if, and when to remove your ring. I think we can all feel when the time is right.

I said I would never take my ring off. I would always consider myself married to him forever. Never say never. I have carpal tunnel and my fingers became so inflamed that one day I had the hardest time getting my wedding ring off. When I did, I put his wedding band on my third finger and his watch on my wrist and that is what I have been wearing for a year. He passed away July 27, 2013.

My husband had given me a gold chain and a cross to wear on it many years ago. I simply added his ring to the chain and never remove it. I was at Home Depot this past summer when the cashier noticed my necklace and asked about it. She had done the same thing with her husband's ring.

I am at two years. I found a jeweler who shaped our rings into hearts and connected them without melting them down. I love it. I wear them on a chain. There is a picture on my profile.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
