Yesterday I finally did something I had been dreading for far too long. I did our 2014 taxes. My husband was so severely ill at tax time and passed the 23rd of April so I filed an extension. It was due the 15th. I worked on them all day long. Midway through I had to take a break, the thought that he will never sign anything again just hit me like a ton of bricks. Yep, it brought on the water works. At nearly six months I still find it so hard to believe that he is gone after 40 years together. But, it is what it is. So I was a day late getting them mailed off. And I really don't care. What's the worse thing that could happen? Oh, yeah, it already did. He died! I still have so many hurdles to get through, but this is another thing I can cross off that stinking list of shit to do. What a load off. I miss him constantly and will always love him. But I will make it, I have to! Hugs and Love to all, Michele
