Monday is the only day of the week when I feel my lowest, and the full impact of losing my husband. A good cry is always right at the top, but often doesn't happen. The day is spent with a lump in my throat and a very heavy heart. All I can think about is how much I love the precious person I spent 38 years of my life with.

Five o'clock couldn't come fast enough, so I can get home, unwind and destress.

Can anyone else relate?

Fridays are rough, that's the day Donald died and I try very hard to fill the weekends up otherwise they can be brutal.

sunday is the worst for me
we always spent the day doing things together.
the day i always looked most forward to is now the day i dread.

Like so many others, Sunday is hardest for me. We went to Bible study and church in the morning and back to church at night. We usually had lunch with close friends. The entire day was spent doing things together. There are still times in church when we sing a particular song that the tears start rolling. The first year or so it would be so often and so difficult that I would have to leave, so I always sat at the back. God bless, sheryl
