Reasons…..not resins….lol

I moved to another state and it has taken him 7 months to kinda leave me alone. I didn't realize what he was until I found this board. He fits being a psychopath to a tee.

And I went back 3 times in 5 years.

Nutellina, It is so text book with him and me. I am doing Ok now. It takes lots of time and work. You will be OK. Really, he is the worst thing that ever happened to me and I'm 57 and have been around. I still didn't really get what happened until I found this board. I have been on the Physically and Emotionally Abusive site for months. But, this explains it. This is truly what happened. He is a psychopath.

All I know to be true is every time you go back it gets progressively worse.

Andrea….sometimes I feel stupid to had trust him but honestly it's that they are the ones that are crazy because to give trust to others is a good thing.

WithConsc I think it get worse because when they come back every time and they win us over, they loose respect for us and they think they can do whatever they want….

by going back, we effectually trained them that whatever they did, it wasnt enough to make us walk away. Like a kid throwing a tantrum when not getting his way and in order for the parent to make it go away, the parent gives in. Thus, the child's tantrum will get worse and worse. These people have not advanced emotionally. They are more similar to a child than an adult.

You are right, but eventually children will wise up soon or later……I do not think P can do that!
