Probably 25 times in 3 years. It was an incredibly strong bond made of--I thought--love, sex, and shared interests, loves, aspirations and goals. We were unbelievably well-matched. We enjoyed all the same things--his secluded farm, fixing it up, gardening, plants, the sky, photography, walking, hiking the local parks, shopping for antiques, plants, household items, making plans and schemes, dreaming together, exploring little towns, rivers, out-of-the-way places, playing music and dancing for hours, cooking, cuddling, out-of-this-world sex. I can't believe he fucked me over. But he did. And then he did it again. And again and again.

It was just unreal to me. It took me 3 years to realize that he could not stop. Hurting me was what he loved most. Shaming me. Lying about me. Lying to me. Cheating on me. Humiliating me in public. And in private. Breaking promises. Hitting me. Calling me hideous names. Putting my face on the floor. He really never went more than 2 days without hurting me in some horrible way. A few months into our LDR, he called me "a dumb cunt with nothing to offer" in an e-mail. Shame on me for ever talking to him again. I am well-educated, have written several books. and I also have an illness--but I can do all the things I mentioned above. So I have alot to offer. And I gave him much more than he gave me. Maybe he is the "dumb cunt with nothing to offer."

I keep going back. I went out tonight planning to end it forever this time…and discovered i literally cant. Not because I don't want to but because my sociopath LITERALLY won't let me….i can't even get to the point in the conversation…..from the moment I'm in their general surroundings….the insanity begins. Its so masked and subtle its unnerving but i find that there isn't even a point in SPEAKING by the end of the first few sentences I try because they get tossed and turned and woven into something completely different by the en dog the sentence that usually ends up pointing out some flaw of mine or inability of mine…

Yes, I know his greatest joy in his pathetic life was hurting me. And yes, he would never leave me alone. He loved me, in his psychopathic way. Even psychopaths must realize when they have met their perfect match. He probably did the best he could--and it was ghastly. He could never let it go. And he could never stop fucking it up.

Jaxon I don't know if you are lucky because he didn't discard you first and now you have the opportunity to do it before he does……or if your situation is potentially dangerous. Does he gets abusive?

N, Not since I pressed charges against him for an assault. He now has a restraining order against him. He cannot contact me. He continued to do so up to the day before he was served the summons.

N, You have to make it stop. It isn't fair, but he isn't going to do it. He will be back.

Very violent assault against me. He broke 3 heavy oak chairs, splintering one,and beating me to the floor with them. We are not talking about a small bruise. I was very badly hurt, and could easily have been killed if his blows had landed differently. Fortunately, I took photos, in his house, a few days later, while he was in town.

Yeah everyone keep saying he will be back but I think he found another person now so he is out of the picture.

N, Well like you'be said before,he called you everyday for 3 months before. He will do it again. You have to be the one to make it stop. It's really up to you.
