Clawing me with long fingernails to where I had bloody cuts on my forearms from trying to hold her back. Bruises on my head from her punches, she hit me where I had hair so the bruises wouldn't show. I never hit back even once, nor even used force except what it took to try to restrain her. Kicked in the legs so hard I fell to the floor and then she kept kicking --this one was in front of all of the kids. I never hit or used force back because I could never do that to someone weaker than me. Throwing a sack of flour at me as I walked up the stairs and just about being knocked down backwards -- it hit my eye so hard I had to put ice on it so we could go to a Christmas get together that evening like nothing happened. It was seldom more than two weeks before she would launch into some kind of violent controlling rage. Of course being a man and being embarrassed I never told anyone -- anyone about it until after she left. Wish I had called the cops on her once or twice but I was thoroughly devoted to making the marriage work no matter what. Once she held a steak knife up just a few feet from me as I froze in terror, not daring to move. Also she smashed every one of my hunting trophies -- all of which I had obtained prior to meeting her. That hurt emotionally and she knew it. I could go on and on. Yes, there are men who are physically abused by their wives.

Bella …I guess I still naive that those terrible actions may even happen. I just think that men can defend themselves much better than women….unless they have a weapon of course.

Johnny yeah be careful…..if he is real P , like Bella says, they do not change. They can fake it until you believe and trust them (they are pretty smart and trained to understand others behaviors since ever, because they had to fake feelings because they do not have any) but they do not change. They can't change….they are sick! No human.

Wow Double, I'm sorry for all of this! You ve done more than you could but she is very out of her mind to have done all that. That's crazy!

Bella n Nute - I know they never change and only get more clever over time. He is a textbook P/S. His history with me proves it. It's just a matter of time before the mask slips again. Hopefully I'll be able to move on. I'm seeing a therapist and psychiatrist, been prescribed meds for anxiety and depression. However I'm just stuck. I can't and don't want to end the relationship at this point. It's a sick sick addiction. I've quit drinking and this seems to help allot since most of our private time together involved alcohol. He does bring me allot of comfort. We'll see how this pans out. This is a great place for support from people who have "been there".

I know VERY WELL how it is. Just be very careful ….. because be discard or hurt is much worse to find the courage to ended. If I could go back, I would change things and ended myself instead to feel so stupid and used like I'm feeling now!

n, most decent wont hit a woman back even if she attacks them. in america ( i dont no where ur from ) there are a lot of women arrested for assault every day. those are the reported cases. who knows how many are unreported. men dont usually call the police due to the stigma accociated with "men being stronger than women" . im sure doublecrossed could have kicked her butt if he wanted to but would surely be the one going to jail for it.

I went back so many damn times lol I went back because of my investment (I have high investment), my time (I didn't want all the time to be thrown down the tubes) oh and number one reason, we have kids (I didn't want my kids to be without a father HA) and our relationship is very pathological so I would dream fake stuff and he's a great talker, a liar and a master manipulator. He'd promise me the moon and I believed him. I never knew someone could be so downright evil.

He's Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde. He's physically abused me, I even sent him to prison. Then he can be the sweetest person when he's mirroring me, my strengths, my education, my life.

OMG I got one of those phone calls, 'I just had to hear your voice'. The creepiest one was a few weeks ago where he was crying (because he has literally no where to go, has been kkicked out of houses he was rooming with because he's a blazing drunken idiot, etc) and he was running around trying to do his sucker routine to find him a host (he's a parasite). I just listened to him and he was crying he had no one (his family has literally cut him out of their lives) and after 15 years of dealing with the crap and me being the last of his past life, he said 'I was like his mom and dad'. It was so freaking weird! And I have literally felt like this dude was my son for so damn long. I had woke up a few years ago and still tried with him, but I always felt like the parent telling the child what to do and it got to the point that he was demanding attention away from our own children and would throw temper tantrums for the pettiest things (blanket, tv, toppings on pizza).

Jaxon the only way to get one to get tired of you is to be BORING. Get dirty, don't bathe (I know) or try to make yourself as useless as possible. No money, no free lunches, nothing. Make it to where you can't do a damn thing for her and if you sex, make it as boring as possible. Act tired. Act depressed. make it about YOU all the time. Talk down to her. It works the other option is moving, not being in the same town is an awesome feeling.

Jewwls I guess he is desperate and in this moment he finished his resorse. I'm sure if he had other options, he would not think about it ONE SECOND about to screw you over if he could.
Crying it's their last chance, they know we feel for them!!!
My ex didn't give a shit when I was crying in front of him because I lost our baby after being assault from a strainger……he left me with my pain like a dog in the street. Then he came back after months when everything was solve already……such an asshole! And he plaid me so well that I went back to him (how stupid am I?).
But yeah about yours…..this is justice…..he has to suffer or at least be alone! He deserve it!

I super agree that the way to make them go away is to be boring. They get bored easily and then they'll look for more fun and stimulation. They'll leave and you won't have to leave you. But they can last a long time before they decide you are permanently boring.

I think mine more tat boring, thought I was drama…..and actually I was but I had resins t be.
