Tomorrow is my birthday and I will be 68 years old. Age doesn't bother me, really. So the celebration started yesterday with dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, that I actually worked at in the 90s. I went with my brother and our good friend. I ordered shrimp scampi. My brother was treating. They got Italian dishes. We all left with containers because this restaurant is not...

I know it's been a while since I posted. A lot of changes have been made to manage my anxiety better. I quit my office job at the financial firm back in January it was just to stressful for me it just wasn't worth it. Since me and my husband no longer have a mortgage so why stay at a job what's to stressful if we do have to.so we invest what our mortgage was that to let grow.now I work for a...
I had went to a dr and got the medication to help quit the I did a cessation program online it helped where I went 8 weeks with out smoking a Dave slot of money in an envelope.
Fir me I never liked alcohol or weed and I always been a very healthy eater I don't really eat meat. Just a piece of chicken or turkey on and occasion but smoking is my downfall.
Seems is I love the smell of a cigarette. I relapsed again but I mainly quit when I had planned to have children and my husband had told me that for me to quit It has to be for myself not for others. As of now because I was encouraged how much money I save not spending $70 a week on cigarettes. Which is 6 or 7 a day.
So I'm still putting $50 in an envelope a week.i been doing this since March and after a year I plan to do something good for my self. August 1st im going to limit a pack and a half a week.
Its very hard for me and it doesn't help in the long run with anxiety. I wish at 14 when my mom found out I wish she hadn't bummed1 off off me and I wish she didn't enable by allowing me to smoke in the house or in the car and even buy my cigarettes so I wouldn't have to worry about going with out.
Good luck you can quit.
