Very good read and interesting to see how the recovery of the brain is layed out over a year.
Good to keep in mind that vigilance and rewards are crucial particularily around the first year. I am on 2 months 3rd quit, fell at 3mths on last 2 quits....GOING for GOLD this time......determined
