It has been over a year for me and I no longer crave a cigarette during every crisis..in fact, very, very seldom think of them.
I have noticed my sense of smell has increased tremendously as has my taste. I live in the country and colors seem brighter, the birds easier to hear and life in general can bring great pleasure.

Shevie, you make sense of everything in this quit. You have tripled the possiblity for me to be a forever quitter. This makes perfect sense! I guess I shouldn't worry too much, Im ALWAYS rewarding myself. LOL! I'm just even more excited that now I have no reason to stop... at least for the next year or so... ;)...
