I ran out last night and even though I am aiming to quit, I'm not ready yet. I have been a smoker for more than 30 years and even though I know it's time I also know I'm going to need help. I have some patches and gum coming but the fact that I'm out of cigarettes remains a fact. I have been building a support of sorts but until now I had failed to see the biggest support comes from where I already get support for other areas of my life. DS. What are some things that helped you guys quit smoking??

I relapsed a year ago thinking I could have 1 here and there then I was back up to a whole Pack. End of Feb I quit for 2 months I did the smoking cessation online the got a prescription.
Sometimes I feel my anxiety is to much to handle and my husband told me this time I have to quit for my self because I want to.like he said I don't smoke in the house except the garage or in my car or around my children and even him alot of the time.
I don't plan on quiting completely anytime soon but atleast I've limited my self to 2 packs a week at the most and by the new year maybe go down to a pack and a half a week.I smoke the marlboro 100s but last longer and don't smoke as much.
