Therapy is a huge support in moving through your healing when you are working with a therapist trained to work with survivors. You can either go to Sidran.org for questions to ask potential therapists or to Rainn.com for help.
Education is also important. The book, The Courage to Heal by Bass&Davis is a good place to start, IMO. As is Matt Atkinson's book called Resurrection After Rape.
Body work is also important. Yoga is coming to the forefront for survivors. In fact a book called Overcoming Trauma through Yoga: Reclaiming Your Body by D. Emerson and E. Hopper is out there. Book has a foreword by Peter Levine and introduction by Bessel AS. van der Kolk both men pioneers in the field of healing from trauma.
Support is very important so keep coming back. You'll always be welcomed.

(Trigger warning) (you add this before you share your past, only to give a heads up that something you type might trigger them to sobering bad... Yet not all triggers are bad either...ill explain later if asked)
With me, I was raped by a kid younger than me at about 12/13 years old... I didn't talk about it till I was in my mid twenties..
Then when I started talking about my rape, I remembered things about getting molested when I was 5.. Memories came flooding back in. To the point that I can remember very small details... Except one big thing.... Who did it..
My mind still hasn't revealed who did it.. In a way I'm glad too...
As my nick in here says...
You are never alone in anything you think...
There's always someone out there that has been through similar things..
