I don't have the words.

This is very hard for me. I think I can never tell anyone about what has happened. It is very scary for me to have such a big secret and I get so sad or angry about it sometimes. I get really angry and people think it's for no reason and they don't understand because they don't know why and I can't tell them.

I don't have the words, I don't even have the words to type it here I don't think. So this is the closest anybody will ever come to knowing the Truth.

It is important to me just to acknowledge that it happened and not pretend that it didn't. But I can't put it into words I don't even know how.

Thank you for reading/listening. It has helped me some just to write this I think.

What we do is, we put the letters TW in the title of the post. TW means trigger warning. That way people know there may be something very upsetting in it and can avoid reading if they like.

Nothing is too disgusting. And remember, the adult was disgusting, and what was done to you was disgusting, but you were and are innocent.

All of us have suffered disgusting abuse. Thank you for using that word - it is the right word.

Talking helps dealing with pain. I like trigger alert! It's different than tw or trigger warning. It's just me probably, but it still means the same thing. It means please be careful reading this.
Nothing can be to 'disgusting' or to 'gross' or as others have said before you to 'weird'. You might be surprised how alone you WONT be!
Please, don't feel pressure from any of us, you move at YOUR time! You'll know when your ready! It's ok... We are here! Always! For you, and everyone! Always!
I won't go into detail, but I'll share just a tad of me. I was molested as a young child, and raped as an early teen. Plus a lot of physical abuse.
Donna might not know exactly what I went through, but the doesn't mean she can't help me with healing, and walk with me while I heal.
She's done that before, (might not know it, but she has!)

I agree with the others...put TW in your subject line and then write whatever you want. It is up to us to make the choice to read it or not. It is not up to you to protect us from your trauma.

You also do not need to go into deep details. Maybe start by giving us an overview of your story without any details yet. Move at your own pace and only tell us what you are comfortable telling us.

I also think your choice of words is accurate. Disgusting is the perfect word. All of it is disgusting.
