This is very hard for me. I think I can never tell anyone about what has happened. It is very scary for me to have such a big secret and I get so sad or angry about it sometimes. I get really angry and people think it's for no reason and they don't understand because they don't know why and I can't tell them.
I don't have the words, I don't even have the words to type it here I don't think. So this is the closest anybody will ever come to knowing the Truth.
It is important to me just to acknowledge that it happened and not pretend that it didn't. But I can't put it into words I don't even know how.

On this board you can say as much or as little of your story as you want. It is not required to tell us and it is not required to go into detail if you don't want to. But noatter what you tell us you will not be judged. Only caring people are here.
I am glad you felt better writing what you did. Telling your secret is always hard but as you talk more about it it does get easier.
How do I even say what happened? I don't know.
It might sound very silly to some people but I can't put what happened into words.
Someone reached into my body and ripped out a piece of my soul.
They did it again, and again, and again, and now I am a shell.
I was sexually abused.
That is as much as I can do for now.
I am quite overwhelmed right now. I just don't know what to do with all your kindness.
I am not out to get anyone.
I want to say, you are not alone in anything that you are thinking, or feeling. I promise there is someone (probably a bunch of someones) who understand what you're feeling, and/or thinking... It's ok. Take your time. This site has been here for the last 7 years at least, and I bet it'll still be here in 7 years...
Oh, and that little feeling of 'I'm scared to say cause then someone else will know...' Yeah, we've been there too.
You will slowly take back the power that was stolen from you, and you will go from victim, to survivor!!!
It takes time... I know this first hand, I still have my days, but I'm good more than not...
