I think that despite the burdens of illness we have a lot
of examples on this site of people making a successful
push forward in their lives a reality. I have frustration at times
but just to see you guys do what you do makes me reminded
that I can do it.
thanks,
Mark

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
i think we all have a harder time than we let it be known...it just gets old for me... im tired of letting it get me down...i made some changes and know its just physical and the lack of nutrients ...holding us down mentally...maybe im different ... i dont know...but ive tested it... and when i eat right and am active my depression is non exisitant... and happy feelings replace the negative thoughts... when i stop eating the green super foods ... wam... i see the difference...the depression comes right back...
its always there waiting like a shark in the water... soooo.... i put some effort into doing what i found works very well... i eat healthy food...actually i drink it...i make it fresh...then i am able to deal with reality in a real way.... my mind is not making excuses as to why i feel this way or that way... problems dont appear out of nowhere telling thats my problem....im not getting trapped in my thinking process ...which just tears you down and makes it all confused even more...
im living and putting effort into living and putting in what belongs... im not creating excuses as to why i cant do this for myself...
i think what other do we really have to do everyday but be good to our body and work on being healthy... what else is there really to do?
Humor has always helped me. Laughter is a great medicine.
And....you can do it.
Together we can make it through.
