does anyone feel this way sometimes? I tend to feel this way at times and I don't know what triggers it, except I think when I am faced with making an assertive move or decision about somethings. I know I am being vague
I am just trying to tap into what makes it that way. I am not sure if it's symptomatic of illness.
Maybe I obsess about ideas sometimes and follow them to their conclusion (and write about it - that I do.) Other times, when there's not a logic about things and I just need to make a move about something assertively pragmatic, like thinking about what I will do professionally.
Or even accepting the possibility of dating someone. I go all vague.
Thanks if you can offer any kind of experience like this that you might have.
Peace,
MM

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
i guess i just got to the point where i realized all the indecision causes me to over-think and delay important things, so i just came to the conclusion to not over-think and act upon gut instinct more.
Definitely an ongoing challenge in my life.
When I get downright stupid about it, I resort to an Executive Decision Maker (EDM). I reduce the decision to a yes or no question, then I flip my EDM. Heads is yes. Tails is no. If I find myself arguing with the EDM, I congratulate myself for the step away from the indecision and go with my preference.
