i am bored with the non efficacious nature of this bloated mess. I could care less about the type set. it's the inability to use this as an effective tool research, reply and utilize for my disease. it's like going from the New York Times to People magazine in one fell sloop. deliver me from my misery, OK?

i miss the diversity of having a whole lot of folks posting many divergent threads and being able to research easily where the RA group is collectively and how we are particularly. this is no longer the case.

Collectively mutinize? Hey, I'm all for it, I had suggested that we all stop posting for a day or a week [all of us stop during the same timeframe] - but it got nowhere.

marlene are you kidding? I miss ALL the different age groups. since we went to this model we have lost droves of the MULTI generational (read younger) posters. it seems to be predoinated by a handful of posters and they don't seem to be in the group to perpetrate ageism.

Depot, I was talking about the people that made this website - it simply is not designed for old people with vision and hand problems like me.

But you may be right, in that it is not designed for really anybody at all! Which explains why we no longer have robust discussions about RA, and especially support newbies who are struggling and need help.

I don't like this new layout either! It's cold and unfeeling. I wish I could find a good active RA forum. We all need the support but the one thing I don't like (and I'm guilty of this) is if you start feeling good then you tend to come on less. I'd like a place where that doesn't happen and there is more than just a forum to vent and cry over. Maybe an off topic section where we can just say Hi and be who we are because we are just not the disease.

DS was pretty good about not over Moderating every little thing.
Members are/were incredible.
I'll sure share if I do come across anything.
Kind I'd shocks me there's not more out there that remains active.
Not interested in a group where lasts post & reply was a month ago.
Defeats the purpose of support.
Makes no sense to see the numbers drop & not realize somethings driving members away.
As for the older members so many share, care & teach.
Foolish to want to loose them.
Let's hope things change for the better.

I have hated this format since they changed. The only reason really that I come here any more is for the online journal.

I don't think there are any. There were some good ones on FB. I posted a lot. then FB changed its algorithms, and they have never come up on my feed again. So, I looked for them in my groups, not there either. (These were groups with thousands of members!)

I guess isolating us is best. After all, why should people who have the disease, and have been through a lot, be able to share with people who are asking questions? That circumvents the whole medical system, right? Well, that and al the quack nostrums.

Well y'all, just wait a wee bit because today is the day that the new rule of not enforcing net neutrality rules. I've a feeling many many things on the net are going to change dramatically over the next year. I'm not really sure how/what but the way I'm seeing it is that the interstate upon which we've all been riding is getting ready to change to a toll road and you'll pay to get on and to get off, the more you pay determines the lane you ride in (fastest lane or limping on the shoulder of the road).

Undoubtedly, there's a better RA forum. Has to be. This cannot possibly the acme of RA forums.

I really don't talk to anyone with RA since this site changed. Sad, really.
