i miss the diversity of having a whole lot of folks posting many divergent threads and being able to research easily where the RA group is collectively and how we are particularly. this is no longer the case.

But you may be right, in that it is not designed for really anybody at all! Which explains why we no longer have robust discussions about RA, and especially support newbies who are struggling and need help.
DS was pretty good about not over Moderating every little thing.
Members are/were incredible.
I'll sure share if I do come across anything.
Kind I'd shocks me there's not more out there that remains active.
Not interested in a group where lasts post & reply was a month ago.
Defeats the purpose of support.
Makes no sense to see the numbers drop & not realize somethings driving members away.
As for the older members so many share, care & teach.
Foolish to want to loose them.
Let's hope things change for the better.

I guess isolating us is best. After all, why should people who have the disease, and have been through a lot, be able to share with people who are asking questions? That circumvents the whole medical system, right? Well, that and al the quack nostrums.
I agree with you night. I figure we will be paying way more than we are now for internet access.
I really don't talk to anyone with RA since this site changed. Sad, really.
