For the most part, I try NOT to evaluate my therapy progress. I go with the theory that an artist is not qualified to critique their own finished work. If the world had listened to Tchaikovsky, we would never have enjoyed the many renditions of "The Nutcracker Suite." He was embarrassed to admit he wrote it. Didn't even want it published.
But still. . . Awareness demands a running inventory of my current condition. Keeping up with my condition is allot easier than catching up.
Any thoughts on when to evaluate and when to let it be?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
