My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart. I, too, am a child prostitution survivor. Suckus maximus. . . I'm 63 now and here with my 20/20 hindsight, I believe my anger over ^it^ was/is fully justified. Not so much the ways I was expressing that anger when I still felt "ridiculous" for the symptoms that followed the trauma. Finding more rational ways to channel that anger and how to be gentler with myself were, I think, the most valuable gifts I received from psychotherapy.
