my plans are up in the air. the foster kids are supposed to be with their maternal family next week, 3 hours from the farm. the maternal family is not reliable enough for me to have the confidence to make plans.

I'm not really sure yet either. I've invited some friends over to play some board games, eat some random food and stuff, but they haven't given me a hard "yes". It is def not going to be traditional this year, but there is nothing wrong with that. Im trying to get used to the idea that just because things or traditions are different doesn't mean they are bad. Thus I don't have to feel sad about them. I'm creating my own traditions and (hopefully) spending some quality time with people I like. So even though I don't get to be with my family this year I'm doing my best to still make it an awesome day. Maybe I'll end up having a video game marathon. Or a cold picnic with hot tea.. we'll see what happens. Lol.

I will be alone, well no not really, I have Baby my little kitty sidekick with me. I’m gonna probably be around on DS that day & maybe I will try to watch movies or something. But one thing I’m already grateful for is for the first time in so long I have no appointments that whole week
