Sick after travel--again

Just like when I returned from my job interview trip to North Carolina two weeks ago, today I was sick again when I returned from my Spring Break week to Mexico.  I started throwing up at 4:30pm when I  got in, and I haven't stopped at 2am now.


Does anybody know if travel stress caused PTSD symptoms like this?  I love to travel, so....

I'm so sorry you're sick, Muji. I can tell you one thing for sure, pretty much every time I travel I end up sick with something terrible. Glad you made it through your class.... I hope you feel better and better each day now that you're home. I know when I'm sick and away, it just feels better to recover in my own bed.

Haven't gotten to the doc yet. In fact, I think while I was sick at home today I missed a doctor's appointment with that bariatric surgeon who had talked about possibly doing weight loss surgery on me in May. Oh, geez. If it's not one thing it's another. No way I could have driven myself an hour and a half aware to his office, though. I couldn't even get off the couch to make a phone call to cancel the appointment.

I'm determined not to miss class at school tomorrow, though... Grrr.

Can you tolerate tea? and toast? Gatorade or Powerade?
The missed appointment is understandable.
