This is a topic that I've always had trouble with ever since I was young. Now more than ever, i am deeply troubled by my reactions and thoughts towards myself.
As a child, I was always the more quiet one- silent and never any trouble. Not too long ago,I laughed at some comments that were said. The way it was said, was funny- not the actual words. Anyway, I was told that I don't say much and that I am never any trouble for anyone. Somehow, it bothered me so much. My aunt wanted to see the update on hurricane sandy and since she couldn't find anything, i thought i would help by offering. She said told me, no and that she was sorry. I don't know if she thought i was gonna put something else...
Ah. Argh! How the heck am I supposed to react? Everything freaking bothers me and a little moment of laughter, is followed by awkwardness. Then i fight with myself and my mind and stomach goes into tangles. Seriously, idk how to take myself anymore. I lose control. I don't like who I am. I just don't know how to react anymore. F! c-ptsd. It embarrasses me.

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart. Used a different debit card and pulled apart everything looking for missing debit card before I left parking lot. Got home, dropped keys. So now I have a missing debit card, missing keys. The "good" kid typically pulls off their illusion by repressing themselves so deeply that eventually they explode. Sounds like your explosive stage has arrived. I have a hunch it is not your first.
My "good" kid is now 28. He started exploding in his early 20s. I encouraged to focus the explosions productively, to the best of his ability. Random explosions are downright dangerous, but there are blockages in this equation which need to be blasted out of the system. Identify and blast away.
Hard telling if it works or not. So much of this process is hidden, even for the person going through it. We just keep on throwing hopes and prayers at it.
(1) I could only change myself, and no one else.
(2) I couldn't even change myself in the context of the family dysfunctional dynamic--its pull was too strong.
This may not apply to you, but it helped me to learn and act on it. I kept looking for the answer to learning to live with them, and there was no answer. There was only the door, and it was always open to freedom.
Peace.
it wasn't easy and it wasn't a one-time thing. It was a process that required for me to get stronger as I stayed away from them.

Maybe don't try to understand it all, all at once. It is OK if you feel confused about your conflicting emotions and desires.
I agree w/ Arfie about channeling frustration into constructive outlets like exercise or baking or etc.
When I feel glum these days I watch K-pop music videos on YouTube, somehow they take me away from my cares and put a smile on my face. If my focus on my PTSD and health issues is too relentless it really becomes sort of self-torture. I have to be easier on myself and deliberately take measures to 'lighten-up'. I have to follow the trail of crumbs heading towards the light-heartedness I used to have.
We understand and are sending out good thoughts to you.
